Prenatal yoga is not only beneficial for the mother but also the baby. These sessions provide space for pregnant mamas to come open up, relax, and grow through the stages of pregnancy preparing for birth. Props and modifications of poses are implemented along with guided breathing and meditation practices. Prenatal yoga is geared towards women who have passed their first trimester and after.<\/span><\/p>\n After giving birth the body takes time to recover from pregnancy and birth. These sessions allow mama to gently come back to her body to regain strength and confidence focusing specifically on afterbirth recovery.
