To provide a safe place to empower the Belizean community through yoga, mindfulness, innovating healing therapies and other forms of wellness. Our center and school  are based on the principles of high quality instruction, broad accessibility, a myriad of classes, healing workshops, environmentally conscious/health & wellness retreats as well as community outreach through Rhythm of Change (ROC) Belize . Through continuous expansion, innovation, and research- driven courses and services, we deliver a powerful practice of wellness  that elevates the quality of life not only for our students but for the Belizean community beyond our center walls.

Yoga means union and Om Shanti  Belize is committed to coming together with individuals and their communities to encourage strength, support, and powerful living through education, inspiration, and service. Michelle along with the Om Shanti Belize family and Directors of Rhythm of Change Belize (ROC) are united in the goal of revolutionizing yoga and creating a Belizean movement of well-being.
