This course teaches a 2hr sequence of Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork

-Asanas and techniques with transitions.

-Use of Breath, Meditation, Bandha, and Yogic techniques including transitions.

-Comprehension of the theories of releasing energy, on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Sudevi is a highly sought after Vedic Conservatory certified teacher of Naud Boram/Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork studying annually in Thailand and leading international study tours.

She began her studies of Thai massage with Mukti Michael Buck in 2003. She is duly certified in Intergral and Jivamukti Yoga and was graced by Shri Swami Satchidananda and Yoga Masters Sharon Gannon and David Life.

Sudevi serves as the Director of Yoga and International Studies for the Vedic Consevatory.
